Sensitive skin cream for dry, dry to very dry, chapped, tight or damaged hands due to external aggressions (wind, cold, etc.), it compensates for the drying effects due to the use of hydro-alcoholic gel and excessive hand washing. This nourishing care product with its enveloping texture and light fragrance prevents chapping, roughness, chilblains and skin dryness. It protects and moisturises the skin, and leaves hands with a soft, non-greasy and non-sticky finish. Its new sensorial formula with 99% ingredients of natural origin intensely moisturises for 24 hours, nourishes and protects irritated, cracked and chapped hands. Thanks to cold cream, the active ingredient at the heart of the range, created by Galen—the famous Greek physician of Antiquity—whose traditional formula has been modernised by Avène Dermatological Laboratories to make it natural and suitable for sensitive skin, this care product moisturises and soothes, and protects against cold and dryness. The cold cream deposits a protective layer on the skin to compensate for the lack of sebum in the hydrolipidic film and to preserve the skin barrier. The skin regains its suppleness and comfort. Cold cream products are recommended to combat the tightness and discomfort of dehydrated skin. A real comforting and water-resistant care, it can be used daily from the age of 2 and it protects, nourishes, soothes and restores. Its packaging is eco-designed.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
